Fliptop Maxi Hydraulik<\/h1>\n

Fliptop Maxi is our hydraulic system, which opens from one side and exposes it completely for loading.<\/span><\/span> Fliptop Maxi is operated with a hydraulic cylinder at the front or rear, depending on requirements or space.<\/span><\/span> Longer systems are equipped with cylinders both front and rear.<\/span><\/span> Gables and the longitudinal pipes are galvanized steel.<\/span><\/span> All pivot points are supported with bearing bushings and the bottom pivot points have grease nipples.<\/span><\/span> The hydraulic cylinder comes with the system, but the control valve is not included.<\/span><\/span> As an option, several hydraulic components can be ordered – even complete hydraulic units with remote control.<\/span><\/span> To avoid tightening the roof in high winds, we have 2 hydraulic locking solutions as accessories, load holding valves or hydraulic locking pistons with sequence valves.<\/span><\/span> The system requires MAX 150 bar hydraulic pressure.<\/span><\/span> This varies depending on the number of cylinders and length.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_video link=”https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/86003791?color=ffffff”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” css=”.vc_custom_1662984995419{background-color: #ededed !important;}”][vc_column]

Center support - for longer systems<\/h2>
To prevent the pipes in the system from collapsing, there must be central support on longer systems.
\nAfter 9 meters you get a simple center support as more of a counter.

Your Fliptop system works just as well in winter as in summer, just make sure that ice and large amounts of snow are removed before maneuvering.<\/h2>\n

We use 680 g\/m2 tarpaulin, which is a durable and strong canvas.<\/h2>\n
